Return Policy

You must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement. Our returns department will assist you with the process.

All items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Products with minor wrinkles or external blemishes that do not affect functionality will not be considered defective.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, items that have been used or returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted.

If you change your mind, please do not open the item. We only accept returns of unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee.

If we determine that a returned item has been used or is missing original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or send the item back at the customer’s expense.

You must provide a valid tracking number for your return. Returns without tracking will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, we may issue a refund minus shipping fees or reship the order at your expense.

In your return package, please include:

  • A note describing the issue

  • Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement

  • Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
